About Back to School Clothing
Salem students, Headstart through 9th grade, will receive a new clothing and shoe voucher to start the school year. Each student receives a voucher to redeem for shoes and clothing items. Our goal is to expand this program throughout Columbiana County in the years to come. In order to make this happen we need corporate sponsors to come alongside us. Signups are in July every year. Voucher redemption is in August every year. Proof of Salem residency is required.

The Brightside Project distributed vouchers to 490 Salem City School District students in 2023.
